What we do
Diversiti UK Learning and Development C.I.C. is a training company with a strong social purpose, providing training in equality, diversity, unconscious bias, cultural competency, disability confident and safeguarding. Any profits are reinvested in supporting those most marginalised in society. We have many years’ experience of helping business and organisations to interpret and comply with their legal requirements; enabling personal development at all levels.

Our Approach

We work with you our client at every stage of development. This is the key to our mutual success. We help both pre and post contract. We deliver training that addresses your unique needs and programmes are only designed and recommended after conducting a specialised needs analysis; which results in either a focused in-house course which deliver exceptional results OR easily absorbed more generalised packages. The choice depends on your individual requirement.

We have built effective, lasting relationships with all our clients, resulting in the vast majority continuing to work with us on a regular basis. Some clients we have helped to achieve and maintain excellence in their business area, include; Oxfordshire County Council, and District Councils, Millbrook Industries, Tuffin, Ferraby, Taylor (TFT) Consultants and many UK national charities.

The teaching and training sessions are highly interactive using a combination of discussion, media, and case studies with expert trainer input. A workbook is used to support the learning and enable the learners to take extra information away with them to make use of in the workplace.

We offer a free initial consultation worth £155; either face to face or over the telephone to determine how we can support your organisation. We will then provide you with a detailed proposal. We are also happy to respond through a tender process.
